Our cruise length was 5 days....and it was marvellous. After being in Beijing, which was amazing, the peacefulness on the Yangtze was so welcoming.
There was a perpetual mist on the river...which made for interesting and eerie photos.

I had purchased two asian themed dresses in Spain when we were there last year.....just so I could wear them on our cruise. Loved them.
